EchoAI operates with several plan-based limits to manage the number of articles and messages the AI assistant can handle. These limits ensure smooth performance and scalability, and they vary based on the plan you select.

Article Limits

  • Definition: The maximum number of published posts – disregarding the post type – that EchoAI can index and analyze on your WordPress site.
  • Plan-Based: This limit is determined by the plan you’ve selected. If your content exceeds the article limit, you will need to upgrade your plan to index more posts or pages.

Monthly Message Limits

  • Definition: The maximum number of messages your users can send to the AI assistant each month. Month is defined as 30 days.
  • Plan-Based: The monthly message limit is also determined by your chosen plan. Once this limit is reached, the assistant will pause responding until the next month, or until you upgrade your plan.

Daily User Limit

  • Per User Limit: Each individual user can send up to 50 messages per day to the AI assistant, regardless of the plan.
  • Why This Matters: This helps distribute usage evenly and prevents a single user from overwhelming the assistant.
